1. I did not know that people used blogs for so many different things. Not only just to get your feelings out there but for news also.
2. I think depending on what you use your blog for (news, personal, work, ect.) depends on group or individual blogs. If it is just for personal use then an individual blog is better because you are the only author, if it is to spread news or for work a group blog would be better so that you have the input of others adding on to the subject.
